USV partners with three luxury apartment complexes — Verdant, Venue, and Elan — all less than ¼ mile from campus and near Baypointe and Tasman light rail stations.

Amenities include: pool, fitness room, assigned parking, storage, and in-unit washers/dryers.

You’re eligible if enrolled in at least 9 credits in Fall or Spring. You can apply at any point during your studies at USV.
